Office administration is something that is very important to be learnt and should be considered by every working individual. This is one of the major and important parts of the team that you work for. A popper office administration would lead to have smooth running workflow. 
Some of the basic points that you should keep in mind are as follows:


Business lectures and professional conduct.
When you are in an office or in any of the professional; environment, one thing that you should keep in mind is, the way you behave in and around the premises. Keep in mind that there is clear difference in between a professional and a casual way of approach. Always remember, that your workplace is where all your professional approach begins, and so beware of not messing along with it.


Relevant skills.
Always remember that your skills are very important for your growth in your professional field. So you must possess all the relevant skills that are required for you to climb the ladder up when you are already in the office. Make sure the skills that you are acquiring should be relevant to your job profile. And obviously the one that you would like to do.


Certification and degree.
Having a proper certification always helps you to gain a position in the workplace. This leads you to have a respect and a good hold over the work you do. A certification is also a proof of the skills that you have already acquired and gives you all the added responsibility that you may want.

A good night sleep is what you need!

                                                                  --Why you’re Lack of Sleep Shouldn't Be a Source of Pride


When you are in college, there are certain trends that you fall into. Even when these trends are not good for health, it seems to be a major badge of honor for us. One such common phenomenon seen among the college students is –“lack of sleep”. Having less sleep or no sleep is not a good sign, so those who thinks that putting yourself through this situation would make you look like an hero or role model, you are wrong! Lack of sleep is absolutely not recommended.

What exactly happens when you have less sleep? There is a diverse effect of not getting proper sleep. It does have long term consequences like, effects over health, overeating, a high risk of getting a heart disease, so on and so forth. There has been a research done by many universities, over this situation. And the study came up with some of the most important outcomes of lack of sleep. They say that this lack of sleep may lead to a very bad depression, considerable stressed out factors, angry and anxious.

So the only way in which you can cope up with this situation, is to have at least a 9 hours of sleep, what so ever it may be. A day or two may be considered per month but nothing more than that. It is also recommended to go to bed every day at same time or at least with ninety minutes of a particular time that you should follow. A study also says that if one takes a proper nap in proper time the life expectancy increases. Not only has that scientist also said that a proper sleep every night can boost up your brain power. So if you want to have a smarter brain please do consider sleeping every night.

Concluding everything it will be wise to say that, having a proper and good sleep every night is not only useful but also a necessity for every individual! So the next time you think that it is very cool to be awake post mid night and not sleep for days, don’t be a fool! Having no sleep will take a toll of your health and that is not at all cool.

#5 Study Hacks, for Better Results!


It is not necessary, that studying will always be boring and upsetting. It can be fun too! For the matter of fact, there are ways in which you can find a bit of excitement, while studying.  Let’s simplify your study schedule.  
Technically speaking, not all, methods work for every person round the globe. But giving a shot with different trial and errors, one might just find the perfect way to work out. If nothing else makes a difference, you can always get way to get you grades up at least.
Well, we agree to the point that nothing else apart from hard work would give you the best result. Even though its sounds stereotype, still it works the best. But here we come with few of the study hacks that might help you when you are not in a mood to study!

Chewing gum

Chewing gum, basically acts as a brain booster. And just because, it really doesn’t have or show any side effects, you might just pop in your favorite, while you sit down to study. It has been scientifically proven that chewing a gum while studying has increased the concentration level of students. 
So, the next time you sit for studying, slip in some of the gums in your pocket.


The focus control exercise

This might sound though, but trust us, it is the most important point that you should consider. Keep yourself aloof from all the distracting elements you find around yourself. Like your cell phone, or may be your laptop. For a while forget that you even own one!  
Ready to be gadget free, for a while?


Let the notes speak

Even though you have not touched them in sometimes now, it’s high time that you start flipping off your note book. Try, marking the important points and read it thoroughly. Start mind mapping the notes, and not just look at it. Get clear off the concepts, and try making out your answers out of it.

Organization behavior

Start organizing your study materials, categorically.  This actually comes in handy when you sit for studying. You exactly where is what, so when you need it you just don’t waste time behind it, and utilize the time frame justifiably! 



Music therapy

Music can be a great way to have a proper concentration. Obviously to your parents it might sound a bit weird, but science has proved it, so you have an excuse to pop in your earphones while you sit down for studying.
